1143. CHEESE, CORN and BACON BAGELS

serves four


125 grams cream cheese
2 tablespoons corn relish
2 teaspoons chives, chopped
4 bagels, split and toasted
1/4 whole lettuce
1 tablespoon tomato, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon onion, thinly sliced
1/4 teaspoon black peppercorns, cracked

Beat together cheese, corn relish and chopped chives. Spread liberally on each bagel. Top with lettuce, tomato, onion and black peppercorns.
