397. BACON, ORANGE, and CREAM FRUIT SALAD

Serves 8


1 3-1/2 or 3-3/4 oz. package Instant Vanilla Pudding
1-1/2 cup milk
1 lb. bacon cooked and drained
1 20 oz. can pineapple chunks drained
1 16 oz. can peaches drained, sliced
1 11 oz. can Mandarin orange sections drained
2 medium apples cored and chopped
1/2 6 oz. can (1/3 cup) frozen orange juice concentrate thawed
3/4 cup sour cream
3 medium bananas sliced

Combine pudding mix with milk. Cook vanilla pudding according to directions.
Mix remaining ingredients into pudding and serve.
