1783. BACON and TOMATO CIABATTA

serves two


a chunk of ciabatta (or French bread)
a little mustard
2 rashers lean back bacon
tomatoes

Toast a chunk of ciabatta (or French bread). Spread with a little mustard and fill with the grilled bacon and thickly sliced grilled tomatoes.
