305. BOK CHOY with HOT BACON SAUCE

1-2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup Chili sauce
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tablespoon cooking oil
3 cups chopped bok choy

Combine first six ingredients in a wok or skillet; simmer 5 minutes. Add bok choy; stir fry until crisp tender. Serve, with more chili sauce on the side.
