3547. KOMBU DASHI SOUP with BACON, MUSHROOM and ONION

makes two servings


4 strips bacon
1/4 onion
2 oz. shimeji mushrooms
13.5 oz. dashi stock
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
pinch of black pepper
pinch of salt 

Cut bacon into a bite size and onion into thin slice. Pour olive oil on a frying pan and fry bacon with medium heat. when bacon is cooked , add onion and shimeji mushroom for 1-2 min. When all the ingredients are cooked, add dashi stock and seasonings and put on low heat until it boils.
