579. BACON CHIVE RICE

yields 6 servings


3 slices bacon, diced
3 cups cooked rice
1/4 cup chives, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Cook bacon until crisp. Add rice, chives, and seasonings. Blend well and heat thoroughly.
