473. BROCCOLI SALAD with BACON

serves 6 to 8


1 large head broccoli
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. cooked crisp bacon, crumbled
1 med. sweet onion, diced

Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar

Wash and chop broccoli into small pieces; add cheese, onion and bacon. Mix all ingredients for dressing and pour over salad. Mix well. refrigerate overnight before serving.
