132. CHEDDAR BACON POPCORN

for Aimee, Derek, and Kate


makes about 10 cups


2 tablespoons salad oil
5 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
10 cups popped corn
1/4 lb sharp cheddar cheese, finely grated

Preheat oven to 250°F. In a large baking pan, combine oil, bacon, popcorn and cheese. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes, or until cheese is just melted. Serve at once.
