3605. BACON and AVOCADO KELP NOODLE SALAD

yields four servings


1 package kelp noodles
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced
1/4 onion, diced
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
extra virgin olive oil, to taste
balsamic vinegar, to taste

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except for the olive oil and vinegar and toss. Drizzle on oil and vinegar to taste and toss.
