1386. BACON MELBA TOASTS

1 lb. bacon, fried crisp
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 small onion, diced
1 tablespoon sherry
dash or two of Tabasco
1 box melba toasts

Mix well. Chill. Spread on melba toast and broil about 3 minutes.
