5. BILLIONAIRE'S BACON

makes about 36 pieces


1/2 lb. thick-cut bacon
2 tbsp dark brown sugar

Heat oven to 375˚F. Line two baking sheets with foil. Cut each slice of bacon into thirds. Toss bacon with sugar; place on baking sheet. Bake until crisp and browned, about 6-8 min., turning once.
